The species is
-- Eurydema oleraceum -- (family Pentatomidae).
Among the recent postings, there is a nice picture of another Eurydema species (ornatum) presented by Filipe 'firelord'.

lovely coincidence, very appealing straight composition.
The pale leaf looks very good against the strong markings and colours of bugs, but I might have slightly increased saturation of colours all over the image.

Não consigo resistir à tentação de comentar que isto me faz lembrar os namoros à moda antiga em que o irmão ou irmã mais novo/a era sempre enviado para acompanhar o jovem casal de namorados afim de não haver qualquer possibilidade...e quando se casavam...o descendente já ía na barriguinha :D
