[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The Nigger is a common butterfly in Singapore and can be found on the fringes of the nature reserves and in areas where there are grassy patches of land. It is a butterfly that can be seen flying even early in the morning on overcast days, and late into the evening. I was very surprised to find it in Kakkabe (Coorg, Karnataka). It was very shy and I had to spend lot of time chasing it. I almost fell into a trench full of muck and weeds chasing it. Sorry about the fill in flash, due to the low light.
