A really interesting looking bird, Allan. What is it?
A note would be appreciated.
The light seems to be a bit bright, but it is a great POV,
and I really like his expression with his head turned just so.

Nice POV on this beautiful raptor it is a Pacific Baza or Crested Hawk (Aviceda subcristata). I think Manyee is right with it being just a little on the bright side but still a great capture. Paul :)

Very interesting bird. I would've never imagined that a blue raptor exists. As others have already mentioned, the harsh light is a minus here. I tried a quick workshop (hope you dont mind). Otherwise the image is quite sharp. Thanks for sharing!
