Hi everyone.

Can anyone help ID this little bee. It's about the size of a House Fly.

Thanx for viewing and let me know what you think.

Great moment you captured.
Good colors and composition.

Hello Jannie,
This is an amazing capture. But, unfortunately not enough detail cause of the pov and position of the bee, so it's hard to say its id. There is some look alikes, but the most likely is western leafcutting bee (megachile perihirta). Hope this helps.

Hi Jannie, great shot. Can't help with the ID but I like the way you have captured it on the end of this unusual plant. Good colours and detail and well positioned within the frame. TFS.

Hi Jannie,
Sorry, but entomology is not my specialty. I do love the composition on this shot. Beautiful vivid colors and good detail. Looks great, what ever kind of bee it is.

Hi Jannie, Great close up. Perfect Details and DOF, Excellent work. TFS Kyle

Hi Jannie,
One of those late nights. Hopefully all back to normal after tonight.
Well worth a big green :)
Thanks for posting, have a great Easter weekend.

La identificacion es muy dificil en los hymenopteros aun para entomologos no parece una abeja Megachiles,
pues tiene bien diferenciado la cintura del torax como las avispas!!1

Hi Jannie,
bee slightly soft, but the whole picture is very pretty!
Outstanding, excellent composition!
Thank you, and best regards,
