Dear Friends.
I'm keeping on sharing the photos that I've taken in Artvin. This one is a bit strange. I wasn't sure that I should send this photo or not. But I decided to send. Because I know that on the world, lots of people have never seen before a tea flower , like me. I'm 44 but it is the first time that I see a tea flower, even everyday I trink lots of cup tea.

You can find very easily some info about Tea chinensis or other tea species on the internet. But I said that before, Artvin has a very interesting and very rich flora. Imagine you can at the same time live in a very close, mild mediterannean climate, tangerine and olive trees near black sea coasts and next to Coruh river, and few steps later you can see spruce trees and cold snowy wether like siberian.

As you know, tea plants grow on the world moist, hot asian area. But here is never rains monsoon, not very hot. But in the east Blacksea coasts it rains very much. Because of this here is very moist and mild climate. The people grows here tea and this plant is very important as an economic product.

You can see another view of this flower as a workshop that I've posted it.

Greetings and thanks for all.

I use my 2x KENKO Tele Converter during take. And dear Ricardo, don't angry with me for file size, It was 185 Kbyte at first but a little carelessness I saved it as 805 pixel, after resizing it got 69 kb! I never understood, how is got that, sorry!

Hi Fevzi,
It's my case too. I drind lots of tea and I've never seen its flower. It seems a beautiful flower and you show with a good pov, colors and composition, though the lack of resolution (69 kb accident!) do not permit enjoy it fully.
Best regard mf,
José M.

Selam Fevzi,
Nice off-centered composition. Nicely framed.
DoF is nice, but may not be as sharp as we would like.
Nice shot.

Hello Fevzi,
This is pretty funny as I think that this flower looks a bit like an egg :-) Don't you think so? This is a sharp and well exposed picture. I like this composition, POV, DOF and your great notes about it. Thanks,
Claudine

Hello Fevzi,
For me too it's the first time I see a tea flower. Thank you for showing us a nice illustration of this beautiful flower. I would guess they cut down the tea plants in the plantations to produce many leaves and that's why we seldom see a flower. (I like your workshop illustration too!)
TFS, Ulla

Merhaba,
Bunca yıldır içtiğim çayın çiçeğini ilk defa gördüm. Nefis bir çalışma. Çok teşekkürler. Selamlar
