[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This time I have not idea of the id. of this mushroom, so forgive me.

I think it can be a cortinarius, but did not find any convincing match, and I looked for it quite a lot.

Have a nice sunday.

It has a very interesting texture.
If you didn't say it was a cortinarius I would not have thought it had gills. It reminds me of some of the polypores.
A nicely composed shot with beautiful colour.

Hallo Felipe
This s a beautiful one with a lovely shiny hood. I like the reddish polka dot right in the centre, but what I like the most in this image is the subjects in the surrounding in which you captured this lovely mushroom. I especially fancy the red almost auburn leaf in the foreground. The colours in this image is rich and inviting. This mushroom reminds me of a table one normally find at the picnic spots in some of the bird or animal parks or even in the reserves. I just wonder where are the elves and fairies hiding that is having a picnic? Thanks for sharing. Best regards.

Good morning Felippe/Christina,

Sorry i could not help on id but i am sure Laszlo will give it for all of us. Your photo remind me that the life is much more enjoyable if we pause to appreciate what surrounds us. I believe that is why we enjoy photography. A nice, sharp capture of the mushroom with good blurring of the background and great composition!
TFS and have a nice Sunday!

Hello Felipe,
another exciting view of a fungi. This time, the top view gives a good feature of its cap.
Such an original cene with the surroundings well intact. The lichen and the autumnal leaf is the added value in your pleasant composition.

Hi Felipe & Cristina,
A nice capture of this beautiful mushroom. Sorry for the ID. Sharp details and a lovely composition. Thanks a lot for sharing.

Excellent details, color sat, and comp Felipe. Like the red leaf that brings in the red, it really livens things up a bit :)
Well done!!
