Undoubtedly, you know how manage perfectly the optical zoom of your Canon camera! ... Congratulations! I have a similar performance camera (mine is an Olympus SP 565UZ) and I've never been able to take pictures of birds at full zoom with it. Much less do macros as you do with that kind of camera! ...

pleasant image of this curious little Cirl Bunting. The point of view and specially the composition is very good in my opinion. A bit of noise is visible which I removed in Photoshop. The brightness and the colors where slightly adjusted in the workshop as well!

Well composed and natural picture of this Southern bird-species. Beautiful male specimen! I like the natural frame given by the branches of the tree. A little bit noise in the sky which has been removed by the WS.
