Hi Foozi,
How to make a good photograph from a baackside PoV? Always a difficult task. But you managed to solve the problem. From a PoV like this eye contact is essential - and the bird seems like posing for you. Great sharpness and details on the plumage (with a very little, slightly oversharpened part in the middle), optimal DoF to receive a mish-mashed background. Good light management and colors also. Masterful job overall. Congratulations!
