After more or less b/w images in the last 2 weeks, it's time to post colors again. ;-) The "orange cup" on the photo is Aleuria aurantia (Pers.) Fckel, the Orange Peel Fungus, occasional, more or less common in the Northern temperate zone, mostly on clayey soil, in disturbed habitats. The "dark drinkers" on the photo belong to the species Coprinellus disseminatus (Pers.) J.E. Lange, the Fairies Bonnets, very common all over the world.
Photo: done near Sály village, in the Bükk National Park, on roadside; with shutter priority exposure mode. PP: moderate cropping, after re-sizing selective sharpening on the cups.
I hope you'll like this "pub image". ;-)

Hi Laszlo, magnificent orange cup in an excellent quality despite the difficult light,i seen something like that in Brazil, but very small and the pic isn't good to post..ehehe...have a nice week and thanks,Luciano
Very nice shot of these bright orange fungi; very good sharpness and details on the specimen in focus. Because of their bright color they are well separated from the dark and seemingly damp place. Thanks for sharing this fine shot,
Hello Laszlo - Few days ago, I visited your gallery and found almost same looking red-colored "Cup". This is also beautiful. I am surprised how you achieved such DOF using f/3.6. Nice light and sharpness. Thanks for sharing with informative NOTE. Regards - Sri / Thanks Laszlo for your encouragement on my previous posts. Have a nice day my friend..
Ciao Lazlo, great macro of strange fungi with fantastic bright colors, splendid light, excellent sharpness and fine details, very well done, my friend, ciao Silvio
Your forte, photographs of mushrooms, once again exercised almost to perfection. A little more DOF would have been value added and would have required the use of a tripod. Amazing, anyway, that you held the camera still enough at 1/30th of a second. Bur very good as is. A pleasure to view.
