Very impressive point of view from slightly higher position to give a fine view of the Heron, Foozi.

A pity that the heron has a blue overcast and the photo is a bit noisy. But the sharpness is good and the pose is gorgeous in a fine composition.

Hello foozi,
I have never seen this particular heron before, therefore I thank you for introducing it to us here on TN. Judging from your image I imagine it to be about the size of our Green Herons. From what I can see of it's wing markings they appear to be quite intricately marked and very pretty. I also like the little crest it wears on top of it's head.

This is also very beautiful heron. I have seen it lastly in Ghana in last week.
