Bonjour Tom,
Toi aussi tu reviens en France ? Je suis souvent allé voir les grues au lac du Der, mais je n'ai jamais vu un aussi beau ciel avec un beau vol en formation. Bien joué, la lumière est évidemment superbe et la répartition des oiseaux dans le cadre très esthétique.

Exceptional composition my friend! The silhouettes of the Cranes etched against the beautiful warm colours gives me that "far away" feeling. The birds are perfectly placed and your POV could not have been better. I am glad so see that you have such wonderful exposures still in your archive. In the "More photo info" it refers to a 40D?
