Super grain, maybe a little yellow in tint, but still a good one, TFS

Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder, and you have got that eye, my friend.
For me, it is not just a well-photographed piece of wood either. I like it. TFS.

An excellent shot! Great detail, texture, and line in this composition.
I see many possibilities here. But then I have been accused of having a wild imagination all my life!
Ehe, acum intelegi de unde si-a tras inspiratia Brancusi?
Avem o gramada de minunatii pentru o tara asa mica. Ce pacat ca nu prea stim sa le punem in valoare!
It is amazing how we tend to over look the beautiful jewels that nature presents us in our never ending search for the bigger and more spectacular things. Example, whenever I visit a game park, I always look for the small things like a little dung beetle rolling its precious little cargo to a desired spot. But alas, whenever someone would stop me along the road the first question is always: "Have you seen any lions or elephants?"
I appreciate this photo for the simplicity yet beauty it represents. Well seen, well composed and a great note that goes with it. TFS
I really like this photo- I like that it makes you think and like you said- imagine. Perception and knowing....HMMM... It sounds like an HIV/AIDS prevention study on native Ghanaians I got published. How does what we perceive to be true effect the actions we take and can that powerful process be influenced? Did I run off on a tangent- um...sorry- Great photo.
