[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I'm not positive of the name of this vine, its very similar to the morning glory vine growing throughout the area but the leaves are different. These grow along the beaches throughout many parts of the world I've learned and add a lovely bit of colour to them. I've found early morning is the best time to photograph them

Welcome on TN Lisa. It is a very nice flower - which I do not know the name of - but I do like your picture and the composition. Beautiful colours and nice dof.

Beautifully sharp with good DOF and great colours. It looks like the ipomea I have on my balcony, maybe a wild form of those - they have more or less heartshaped leaves and each flower only lasts one day.

Hi Lisa
This is a convulvalis or mornig glory, a vine-type annual. Beautiful flower and great beelines, I think Robert called it long ago. Nice in the lower part of the picture.

you are the only person here so far whose work I dont know, but from your first post here it looks really good ,
the morning light works wonders for the colours of this convolvulus family flower, loads of DOF front to back in the flower and a good hints to the rest of the plant.Nice one

Such a simple flower... But at the same time very attractive, especially by the tight framing and the big green leaf as background, lovely work Lisa!

Nice and simple. Excellent composition and cropping. Sharp and crisp image.

We call this flower 'liseron' in french which means "tiny lily" .. is it a flower like water ?

It seems you have a certain kick (but also skill) for finding simple subjects.
Your mastery of geometry is very good and quite innovative : few "nature" photographers would dare shoot a flower straight in front like you did, I must say it works very nicely.

Pretty photo. I like. You do interesting photos.

The placement of this flower in the frame is perfect, I love the sandy background and the round shaped leaves. The frame is very complimentary to the subject. Well done.
