I cloned out the signature first. The bright blue in bottom left corner drew my eye away from the subject and unbalanced the photo. Next I replaced the bright white and yellow frame with a black one accented with blue taken from the butterflies wing. I cloned out the numerous dust spots. I made a copy of the main layer, set its blend mode to overlay, set Gaussian blur to .5 and opacity to 50%. I am using PS/CS2 I hope you like the results.
