This is a photo of a Stellar Jay , taken from inside my house though a window. Special Thanks to Rick for letting me know the name of this bird. I took this one before a hike, Trek Nature has been an influence on my photography, the mountains were not visable from my home due to cloud cover, but I saw lots of birds out and suddenly a Stellar Jay flys out, so I go through my house to rush for my camera and was able to get it just in time before it was too late.

Hi Josh,
what I did is this:
- Cropped
- Sharpened
- Reduced noise in the BG
- Increased saturation in specific areas ie. blue feathers
- Cloned out the stick going across the tail
- Fiddled with the levels and then curves to increase contrast
- Did a bit of dodging and burning
- Added a black + white frame

I think I've gone a bit too far with the saturation but I hope you like it!

Cheers,
Joe

HI Joshua
I just did this WS for fun, cause your image do not need it!
I change the balance of colors and a bit of sharpness to reenter TN

regards,

Taba
