 Tachina fera (26) anel
(40574) | TACHINA FERA (Linaeus, 1761)
Igelfliege
Family: Tachinidae
Size: 9-14mm
Distribution: Europe, Asia
This fly lays its eggs in living caterpillars in which the larvae develop and finally kill their host.
The picture has been taken on a meadow covered especially by daisies and Rhinantus flowers at the time, which gave this special color to the background.
The composition is not made after the rules, but I often like to break them.. |
