Which Hawk? (8)

There's a Red-tailed Hawk here (quite a common Hawk, in this part of Massachusetts..) that keeps coming to our locality. But I have a doubt if this one is a Red-tailed Hawk, too! Actually, there is also another type of Hawk that we get to see here (with no red tail! Cooper?).. so, not sure which one is this, as I couldn't see the tail of this bird.
Any help please??

This photograph was taken two or three days back.. the bird, sitting on this pear tree.. adjacent to my building.

Sorry, there's a camera shake, the photograph is a bit blurred. It was sunset time.. the bird was basking or don't know.. but appeared to be very composed; in no hurry!! :)

Thanks for viewing. :)

THE SAME HAWK FROM BACK

Here is the same hawk while perched on a far away tree. This picture is not good, but shows the bird from back.. thought it might help in guessing the ID. :)
