under the northern sky (34)

Scotland is one of my favourite countries (just behind Balkans) since I spent there fantastic two weeks in 1994 (Oh, my God - is it that long now!?). I love the clear colours of the sky, sea and vegetation as well as the amazing fairy-like landscape.
The Oban Bay is located on the western coast of Scotland and is a gate to the arhipelago of Inner and Outer Hebrides. From the local port of Oban you may take a ferry and visit all the beautiful islands, and if you take a boat - the seal colonies and dolphins are just within 15 minutes from the shore... Just look on my seal shot...
This year I was there only for a day but almost gave up my duties and went to hike again among these hills... well, dreams... dreams... one day (time is the limiting factor) I will get there again for much longer than just a day :-)

1. Selected the sky only, applied photo filter, deep blue, 25%
2. Ran weak noise reduction
Note: You have a gorgeous sky, but it looked liked the shot was taken from a window because I can see the horizontal lines. By applying the photo filter and reducing noise I was able to remove the trace of those lines.
