Just some purple flowers I found while walking around.
PP crop, levels, darken backound, sharpen, canvas frame. Lovely purple from nature so I left it as is, no saturation.
I tried and tried to clone out the blade of grass to the lower right. Always ended up with an unacceptable amount of 'clonies' afterwards that screamed photoshop. If anyone out there is a guru of cloning and has some advice I would be happy to try it out. In the log run though it was a lesson in composition and i'll just modify nature a bit next time. I think this type of shot will eventually lead to me purchasing a macro lens. Anyone have a favorite macro lens to plug? Thanks and I hope you enjoy it.

Photoshop CS

Hi Sean,
I think i've managed to clone out the blade of grass. Since I am using a Dutch version of Photoshop CS, I'll try to explain how I did it.
I selected the tool which you can find just above the clone stamp. (looks like a band aid) Set it to 26px (could have been less) 49% (hard) 1% spaces. I selected (Alt) severall different spots close to the blade (color like) and got the result in a few seconds.
I hope this helps. Could you do me a favor, and give me the correct English names for the steps I took?
Thanks,
Niek
