Ok i know we're meant to write a note on our postings, but I have no idea what this is, I imagine its some kind of jellyfish type thing, I found it in a salt water river, lying in the mud, there was alot of them around. I found myself stuck in the mud (darn shoes) and nearly stepped on this while getting out

Hi Lisa, not a particulary good image but as promised her is a row of fresh water snails eggs attached to the side of the irragation tank at work.it is probable 4cm long uncurled, the light here was very bad and had to use flash bounced off the water to light it. so do you think it might be a match?
